PM Group began in Buffalo, NY in 1990 as a supplier of specialty process oils. The company moved to southwest Florida in 1996 and acquired EPA registrations for citrus spray oils. PM Group International, Inc. (PMGI) was incorporated in the state of Florida in June, 1997.
